Exploring Oku.trade
I am thinking of starting a new series. I believe there are many great applications out there that provide excellent utilities but don't get enough attention on crypto Twitter. Through this series, I will share information about these applications in a few words, focusing on their use-case rather than their mechanisms, particularly those I use daily. I will simply name this series "Exploring Product."
If you have a product suggestion for me to cover, please mention it in the comments. Projects interested in supporting my writing can reach out to me on Telegram or Twitter.
Also, I’m always looking for feedback, so feel free to share your views.
Today, we will be covering Oku.trade
Origin of Oku.trade
Oku.trade launched last year in July and is built by gfxlabs. It received a $1.6M grant from the Uniswap Foundation. Initially, it started as a trading platform designed for professional traders to manage their Uniswap v3 positions effectively.
What functionality does Oku.trade offers?
Swap
Bridge Aggregator
Limit Orders for Univ3 Pools
Univ3 Position Manager
Univ3 Pool Creation
On/off Ramp
Univ3 Analytics
Lets dive into all of these features one by one:
Oku.trade as a DEX
Users can perform swaps using its ‘Smart Order Routing.’ This feature provides quotes from multiple providers such as Uniswap, OKX, 0x, Odos, Kyberswap, Enso, Paraswap, and 1inch for their respective orders. By comparing these major routers, users can choose the best outcome with the most favorable exchange price. Also, users can select their preferred provider.
Example: For a swap of $1000 USDC to WETH on Base, it provides quotes from multiple providers. The user then has the option to choose their preferred provider or go with the best rate, which in this case is 1inch.
Oku.trade as a Bridge Aggregator
Oku is a meta bridge aggregator, meaning it has aggregated other aggregators and bridges. It is integrated with Wormhole, Socket (Bungee), Li.Fi (Jumper), Across, Chainlink, Rhino, Orbiter, Stargate, Squid, Wanchain, and DeBridge. It supports over 16 chains.
For example, if we want to bridge ETH on Base to WETH on Polygon, it provides multiple quotes, with the best one being from Squid. The user then has the choice to select their preferred option or go with the best value.
Limit Orders for Univ3 Pools
Oku offers fully on-chain and non-custodial limit order functionality for all Uniswap v3 markets.
Univ3 Position Manager
Oku Position Manager allows LPs to create, edit, and close Uniswap v3 positions, claim fees, and run backtests—all through a seamless interface. Users can access the Position Manager across all integrated chains.

Univ3 Pool Creation
Oku Pool Creator enables users to create Uniswap v3 pools within the interface.
On/off Ramp
Oku's on/off ramp is available on Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, and Base. It has partnered with Bridge.xyz to support this feature. However, it is only available to US citizens, and users need to complete KYC to use the service.
Univ3 Analytics
Oku.trade provides historical and real-time data for Uniswap v3. Users can view tokens traded with the most volume, pools with the most volume, recent positions, and related information including PnL for pools, dates, transactions, and more.
This was a quick run-through of Oku.trade. It offers all on-chain operations through a single interface with a great user experience. I use it frequently and like it. Try it yourself and share your feedback!
